As we grow into our full collections, we will offer a  30-day replacement policy.

If your item arrives damaged or experiences a defect within 30 days of delivery, you may be eligible for a replacement.

To request a replacement, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with your order details and photos of the item.

Normal wear, fading, discoloration, tarnishing, scratches, or plating loss that occur over time are considered part of the natural aging process of fashion jewelry and are not considered manufacturing defects.
